Subscription cancellations, payments, credits, and AI generation results.

Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing account or the provider used to purchase it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewals. Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Credits
If an AI generation attempt fails, any credits deducted for that failed attempt will be returned to your account.
Quality expectations
AI-generated results involve uncertainty and randomness. The quality, appearance, or style of a completed result may differ from your expectations. Such differences are not grounds for a refund or return of credits.
