Considering HeadshotPro? Choose the portrait workflow before the package
Do you need one recognizable photo for your own profile, or a managed set of portraits for a company? Those are different purchases. This guide separates an individual's scene choice from a team's coordination needs. Start with your intended placement, see our illustrative professional portraits, then try the business-profile scene with your own photo.

The practical answer
HeadshotPro's official site describes a selfie-upload session, style selection and portrait sets, with a separate team workflow. My Look Story offers selectable professional scenes in a photo workspace. Consider us for an individual scene experiment; inspect HeadshotPro's own team offering when administration is the actual requirement. We have not tested paid outputs against each other and do not declare a quality, price or speed winner.
1. Separate a portrait session from an employee-rollout project
For an individual, write down one deliverable: a square networking avatar, a company biography or a portfolio portrait. Decide the crop and the feeling you want colleagues to recognize. Collecting a large gallery is less useful than finding one image you are comfortable using. A package's output count does not tell you how many pictures will preserve your face or fit that placement.
For a team, ask different questions before ordering: who invites employees, who chooses the shared style, who approves exceptions and who can access or delete each person's photos? HeadshotPro publicly describes administrator-led style choices and member uploads. Our personal workspace is not a substitute for enterprise identity management, procurement documents or organization-wide portrait approval. Do not assume a batch of independent photos guarantees consistent team results.
2. Check current input requirements, not an old comparison
Older brand comparisons may describe a much larger selfie collection. HeadshotPro's current public material describes starting with a few selfies; verify the exact requirement in its live upload flow rather than treating an old number as permanent. Our scene workflow lets you begin from a clear individual photo. Fewer inputs are a convenience distinction, not proof that a result will be more recognizable.
Choose a recent photograph with an unobstructed face, visible hairline and even illumination. Keep the glasses you normally wear, but avoid glare that hides your eyes. Do not use a group crop with another person's face still present. If your source is blurred, heavily retouched or taken from a strong overhead angle, take a better photo instead of expecting generation to recover missing identity details.
3. Match the professional scene to the destination
The business-profile scene is a neutral starting point for a company bio or professional website. A networking avatar needs a readable face when shown very small. A speaker biography may allow more room around the shoulders. Select the scene for the placement rather than using a dramatic executive look everywhere. Invented uniforms, badges or credentials can imply a role you do not hold.
The creation button opens our workspace with business profile preselected; you still supply the photo and confirm the generation. Check the currently displayed scenes, credits and output choices before submitting. The public style listing verified for this guide showed business profile and LinkedIn as active, at two credits per result. Availability and pricing can change; this is not a promise about another provider's package or your final total.
4. Judge usable portraits, not a polished marketing sample
Keep your original open beside the actual output. Compare eye spacing, nose shape, smile, skin tone, hairline and eyewear before judging the background. Reject a handsome portrait of somebody else. Next inspect collars, earrings, teeth and any visible hands for invented or merged details. The illustrations on this page explain a professional direction; they were not generated from your photo and cannot establish a success rate.
Preview the file in the real destination's crop and at avatar size. A background that looks sophisticated full-screen can compete with the face when reduced. Ask someone who knows you whether the image is recognizable without telling them which tool made it. For a formal identity requirement, an unaltered photograph requirement or a role where exact representation matters, use a real photograph and follow the receiving organization's instructions.
5. Privacy, purchase boundaries and our review method
Upload only photos you can give the service permission to process. A generation request sends the image for processing; this is not local-only editing. You can remove a completed record from My Creations, but that control is not a verified promise of immediate erasure from every administrative, provider or backup system. Read our privacy policy and contact support for a data-deletion request. Compare each company's own policy separately, especially for employee photos.
We reviewed HeadshotPro's official product page and current model announcement, then checked our production scene listing and the publicly accessible workspace. My Look Story publishes this guide and benefits if you use our tool; we are not affiliated with HeadshotPro. We did not purchase matched portrait sessions, audit HeadshotPro's security claims or verify its delivery times. There is no ranking, recruiting guarantee or passport/visa compliance claim.
